Refunds & Returns
Because these are digital products, all sales are final. Once the files are delivered, they’re yours to keep, so we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
That said, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If:
• you run into a technical issue,
• the file doesn’t download properly, or
• you accidentally receive the wrong product,
just reach out within 7 days and we’ll make sure you get the correct files without any extra cost.
